I spilled an oil based paint on my blacktop driveway any ideas how to get it off?

Use a pressure washer with a detergent designed to remove oil from floors like that used in automotive repair shops to maintain their floors.

Start with soaking the stain for a short period with the chemical mixed as directed. After soaking start with the pressure washer on its lowest setting and then increase as needed to remove the paint.

Since blacktop is an oil based system you may do some minor surface damage to the driveway but this can be repaired with a top coating product made for blacktop.

With a little love and care you can have your driveway as good as new.

GOOD LUCK!!!I spilled an oil based paint on my blacktop driveway any ideas how to get it off?
You might be able to use a pressure washer if available.. There are those out there that will take rust off...just be careful and go slowly so not to dig into the blacktop surface. Try also to do it on a colder or cloudy day so the blacktop itself is not hot and therefore too soft.
get as much as you can off by wiping it, then get a rag and dip it into laquer thinner (paint thinner) and wipe as much as you can off. Laquer thinner is the only thing I know of that will take it off. Good luck. You might go over it with a tar to cover the spot.
Try baking soda.
