Any way to preserve half used oil paints? Refridge? Freezer? How long can they last used?

You can put them in small acrylic jars, and then put 1/4'; of water on top, and seal them tightly. When you are ready to paint again, pour the water out, and let the jar sit open for an hour or so to let any remaining drops of water dry.Any way to preserve half used oil paints? Refridge? Freezer? scrape them off with a palet knife and put them all in a large square glass oven dish, gently pour water over them. Carefuly pour out the water when you want to use them again. This keeps oil paint fresh for up to a weekAny way to preserve half used oil paints? Refridge? Freezer? How long can they last used?
I put mine on palette paper and cover them with plastic wrap. Then put them in the freezer.

For me they have lasted almost 2 weeks.
