It's kind of late. For the future keep the painting out of the sun so it does not dry out as much. For now you can try taking it to a hobby shop to see if they have any sprays that will help.I want to know how to keep my oil painting from flaking?
it is important to use proper support for your painting and to use your paints properly
I'm not sure if it will work now, but i always spray my paintings with cheap hair spray. it always works for me.
