You have to clean the stain as soon as possible. The sooner, the better.

Liquid Dish Soap is oil based, so it can help remove the oil paint stain.
Step3
Saturate stained area with liquid dish soap, let it sit for a few minutes. Then, using your fingernail, scrape away at the area to remove the stain. Rinse off area and repeat if necessary.
