Use laquer thinner at minimum for fast reaction or xylene ( xylol ) same thing and brush and water rinse with hose. These are very strong chemicals so keep out of eyes and dont sniff too much. A good coating of oil dry or cat litter smashed and ground in with your shoe will go a long way to clean it up after the above instructions.

I use a pressure washer first. If no luck...get out a small sandblaster.
BTW... I just hate paint on my driveway.
