Probably can not remove it and really don't know why you would need to. If your walls are drywall or plaster the paint is stronger then the wall itself. There are paint removers in liquid or gel but that will not work on drywall or plaster. Your best bet is to use and good primer and paint over it.How to remove oil-based paint from walls?
generally you don't, just paint over it with a primer.
